I am a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and build meaningful, lasting change. My work is grounded in a compassionate, collaborative approach that honors each person’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Healing from trauma requires more than symptom management—it involves creating a sense of safety, understanding the impact of past experiences, and reclaiming a life that feels meaningful and connected. My practice is focused on helping individuals recover from trauma, whether it stems from childhood experiences, relationship wounds, abuse, neglect, loss, or other overwhelming life events.
I am experienced in treating both acute and complex trauma using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative and Psychodynamic approaches. These therapies can help reduce symptoms such as anxiety, depression, shame, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, and difficulties in relationships while building effective coping and emotion regulation skills.
I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I am committed to helping you move toward greater resilience, insight, and well-being.
