I am currently an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I provide superbills that clients can submit for partial reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to learn about your out-of-network benefits.

Individual sessions are $180/hour, and family sessions are $190/hour.

I currently offer exclusively telehealth sessions for clients in Washington state. You will receive a secure link to your appointment approximately 72 hours in advance. At the scheduled time, click the link to enter the virtual waiting room. If any technical issues arise, I will reach out via phone or email to troubleshoot.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer the time to another client.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged for the session, as late changes can impact scheduling and availability. Rescheduling requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. I appreciate your understanding and communication, and I’m happy to work with you to find a new appointment time that fits your schedule.
